“ A highly recommended experience. We took the guided tour, where you can see the oil mill in full production of extra virgin olive oil. At the interpretation center, they explain the origin of the estate and the varieties of oil used, and there's also a recreation of an olive tree in each season. Afterward, we did a tasting and also ate the tasting menu at the restaurant. Many thanks to Miriam for the tour and to the rest of the team! ”

“ Excellent meal after the visit and tasting at the interpretation center: After visiting the olive oil mill and the interpretation center, we had lunch in the dining room, which requires pre-reservation. The meal consisted of two starters: squid croquettes, salmorejo (a chilled tomato soup), cod, beef, and dessert. With beers, white wine, and red wine, it cost us €36 per person, which we felt was excellent value for money. We were the only guests in the dining room (we were a group of nine), and I also want to mention the excellent service we received from Miriam, who made it easy to choose the content of our visit. ”
